Families who have had cabins on federal lands under the Recreation Residence Program for generations are suddenly seeing dramatic increases in their annual user fees. This is due to the U.S. Forest Service’s misapplication of federal laws that were intended by Congress to ensure that cabin user fees remain affordable for those same families. Eckland & Blando represents cabin owners in their fight to protect this legacy program.
