Bailey T. Stubbe

Bailey joined Eckland & Blando as a Senior Associate in 2024. Bailey has represented corporations, individuals, and insurance companies in employment law, business disputes, construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, and general liability claims. Bailey knows the importance of developing a solution-minded strategy from the outset of every matter and takes pride in achieving the best possible results for her clients, whether through motion practice, trial, or alternative dispute resolution. 

Prior to joining the firm, Bailey served as a Judicial Law Clerk in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District, where she gained extensive legal writing experience and understanding of judges’ perspectives on civil litigation. Bailey earned her law degree at the University of Minnesota Law School. While in law school, she was a Certified Student Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office and she clerked at the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office, performing litigation and policy work in state and federal court. Bailey also served as a Managing Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law.
