Adam is a litigator who focuses on contentious disputes between competitors, former business partners, and former employers and employees. Whether a case involves claims for breach of a noncompete agreement, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference, improper termination of a sales representative, or fraud, Adam’s objective is to preserve the business interests and reputation of whomever he’s representing. Adam also welcomes matters requiring complex internal investigations and has overseen investigations in federal lawsuits arising from employee misconduct and unlawful competition and in response to civil investigative demands from the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.
Before practicing law, Adam worked in trades such as concrete, commercial fishing, and heavy equipment operating. In these roles, Adam developed an appreciation for the work ethic, risk, and zeal required to succeed in business—an appreciation he carries forward as a legal advocate for businesses and professionals.
