Eckland & Blando Hires Three New Attorneys

We’re excited to share that Eckland & Blando has welcomed three new attorneys to our Minneapolis office! Please join us in welcoming Rachel Brygger (Counsel), Marshall Kelner (Associate), and Nathan Shoemaker (Associate) to the firm. We’re thrilled to have them on our team and look forward to the experience, talent, and dedication they bring as we continue serving our clients and growing our practice.

Rachel Brygger is an experienced employment counseling and business attorney who provides clients with strategic and practical solutions to a full scope of employment issues. She frequently advises clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, including recruiting and hiring, wage and hour compliance, paid leave and leaves of absence, employee accommodations, discipline and discharge, and other state and federal employment law issues.

Marshall Kelner is a dedicated advocate, representing businesses, employers, and employees in a variety of disputes, including discrimination, violation of restrictive covenants, and wage and hour claims. In addition to litigation, his practice encompasses counseling for employers on an array of issues and employment investigations. He also has experience advising sports organizations on eligibility, NIL, and sports gambling issues.

Nathan Shoemaker is a driven attorney assisting the firm’s government contracts and civil litigation practices. Nate enjoys taking on new challenges and identifying efficient ways to solve client problems. Having played two college sports, Nate does his best work in team environments. Nate also learned trial skills from his two years on the mock trial team in law school, which was coached by two Eckland & Blando attorneys.

As our team continues to grow, we’re excited to expand the depth and breadth of services we provide our clients. Welcome to the team, Rachel, Nate, and Marshall!
